Day dedicated to recognition and use in cooking of spontaneous plants with a healthy and tasty lunch based on wild herbs

The course includes a morning walk through the farm's fields to identify and learn to recognize edible wild herbs and the aromatic plants to pair them with.

Organic, zero-mile lunch based on wild herbs and explanation of recipes prepared with wild plants.

Finally, a visit to the company laboratory and tasting of our own liqueurs, along with an explanation of the production processes.

Sunday, April 12, 2026, Herbalist for a Day: A Course on Medicinal and Aromatic Plants

Course on the recognition, transformation and uses of medicinal and aromatic plants

Day aimed at all those who wish to deepen their knowledge or learn to recognise wild and cultivated medicinal plants and their uses in phytotherapy .

In the morning, a walk in the fields to learn about the botanical identification of medicinal plants and gain general information on their cultivation and harvesting.

Vegetarian lunch with organic and local products.

In the afternoon, the course will be held in the company laboratory to learn about the various types of transformation: preparation of a mother tincture and an herbal tea with a hint of pharmaceutical botany.

Sunday, May 10, 2026, Rose Day

Experiential day dedicated to the collection, uses and transformation of Rosa gallica officinalis

Come discover the wonderful fragrance and multiple uses of this ancient rose variety! A day to rediscover your senses and be captivated by the scents and colors that nature offers us. During the course, we will collect the petals of the Rosa gallica officinalis and discover their uses and properties. A vegetarian lunch with organic and local products will be included. In the afternoon, we will use the collected petals to make a delicious syrup and learn how to make herbal tea, hydrolate, and oleolite.


Courses start at 9:30 am and finish around 5 pm.


The course will take place at the Le Germandine Agricultural Farm, in Germandine 119, Suvereto (LI)
