Liqueur obtained by macerating the flowering tops of Lippia citriodora in alcohol. A plant native to Chile and introduced to Europe in the late 1700s, it has an intense aroma and flavor reminiscent of lemon and possesses aromatic and digestive properties. Excellent served chilled.
